CHOCOLATE MARTINI KISS

Unsweetened cocoa powder and superfine sugar to coat rim of the glass
1 Hershey's® Kiss candy, unwrapped
2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
1 1/2 oz. good quality white Crème de Cacao

Pour the mixture of cocoa powder and sugar onto a small plate.

Moisten the outside rim of martini glass with the Crème de Cacao.

Place the rim firmly in the coating ingredients.

Gently turn the glass back and forth to coat, shake off any excess.

Place the Hershey's Kiss, pointed top up, in the bottom of the glass.

Fill a large cocktail shaker two-thirds full of ice cubes.

Add the vodka and the Crème de Cacao and stir until very well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and serve your CHOCOLATE MARTINI KISS.

GREEN APPLE MARTINI DELUXE

Cinnamon and sugar for rimming glass
5 tablespoons vodka
5 tablespoons sour-apple schnapps
5 tablespoons lemonade
5 tablespoons lemon-lime soda (such as 7-Up or Sprite)

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, schnapps, lemonade and lemon-lime soda. Cover and shake vigorously. Dip rim edge of martini glasses in a shallow dish with 1/4-inch water, then in a shallow dish with 1/4-inch of equal parts sugar and cinnamon mixture. Strain shaken mixture into prepared glasses and serve.

1 shot Skyy vodka

BIG APPLE MARTINI

6 fluid ounces vodka
1 fluid ounce apple jack
1 dash Calvados

In a mixing glass, combine crushed ice, vodka and applejack brandy.
Stir and strain into 2 chilled cocktail glasses.
Top with a splash of Calvados (Apple Brandy), garnish with a lady apple and serve.

RASPBERRY INFUSED VODKA MARTINI RECIPE

1 Twenty-five ounce bottle vodka
1 pt Raspberries
6 oz Cointreau

Pour 1 bottle of vodka into a jar and add 1 pint of fresh raspberries.

Let stand for 3 days in a martini shaker.

Mix 2 ounces of the raspberry infused vodka, 1/2 ounce Cointreau and ice.

Shake, then strain into martini glass. Garnish with raspberries.

This vodka martini recipe yields 14 servings.

CHOCOLATE MARTINI

2 shots Vodka
1 shot Creme de Cacao (clear, not dark)
1/2 shot Butterscotch Schnapps

Keep the Vodka in the freezer and make the drink as follows (use a cocktail shaker)

1. put some ice in the glass to chill it (use a real martini glass like these for your chocolate martinis -- the stem allows you to hold the drink without warming it.)

2. Take the top off of the shaker, remove the cap (exposing the filter), turn it upside down and fill it with ice. put it on top of the shaker body, still upside down, so that it forms a funnel full of ice.

3. Pour the ingredients over the ice. remove the top from the shaker when done.

4. Dump the ice from the martini glass and pour in the mixed drink.

5. Enjoy!

CHOCOLATE TURTLE MARTINI

Ingredients:

Cocoa Powder
Powdered sugar
Caramel sauce, in a squeeze bottle with a very small tip
Chocolate Sauce
2 ounces vanilla vodka (recommended: Stoli Vanilla)
2 ounces white creme de cacao
2 ounces Praline New Orleans Style Pecan Liqueur
Crushed ice
Roasted pecan halves, for garnish
Roughly chopped chocolate squares, for garnish

Directions:

First, sweeten the cocoa powder to your liking by mixing the cocoa and powdered sugar.

Take a large martini glass and very carefully coat the rim in caramel sauce from the squeeze bottle, being careful not to let it drip too far down the sides.

Then, dip the entire rim of the glass into the sweetened cocoa powder, being sure to coat all of the caramel. The desired effect is a chocolate dusted caramel rim.

You can also put just a drop of chocolate syrup at the bottom of the glass for color.

Shake the vodka, creme de cacao and praline liqueur in a martini shaker with ice to chill.

Fill the martini glass nearly full with crushed or shaved ice, being careful not to touch the rim. Strain the drink into the martini glass.

Garnish atop the floating ice with a roasted pecan half and a small piece of chopped chocolate.

Or you can garnish it with a half of a Turtle candy by making an incision and hanging it on the rim of the glass.

Also, if you prefer your martini to LOOK dark like chocolate, I would use the dark creme de cacao.

However, the garnish will stand out more when the drink is more translucent.
